For orders under 69€ single charge 3€.
The cost of cash on delivery in any case is free
DiagorasClub's refund policy. is to receive back each product within 14 calendar days from the day of delivery (as evidenced by the bill of lading of the General Post Office or any carrier used). DiagorasClub accepts responsibility for sending the wrong, damaged or generally defective product. You can call us at 22410-32730 and let us know if you want to replace a product or let us know of any complaints about our products and services. DiagorasClub, wanting to ensure the smooth and safe purchase of a product from the buyer, allows it to be returned and replaced by another or the same in a different size, if available. The request for replacement of a product should be made by phone at (22410 -32730) or by mail ([email protected]). After the consultation with the competent department of the company, the customer will be able to choose another product from the page of DiagorasClub.gr. The new product is sent to you but you must first send us the returned one. In this case the cost of transporting the product is borne by the customer and is 5 euros without having to pay anything extra for the transport of the returned product. Note that the above also applies in case the customer was not charged the shipping costs, due to the fact that the original order exceeded 69 euros. The replacement of the product will be accepted only if it is in its original factory condition * together with all the documents that accompanied the product (eg Retail Rep. etc.) In case of refund the charge is 3.0 euros for the return of the product if you have already paid the shipping, and if the order was over 69.00 euros you will be charged double shipping, 3.0 euros for shipping and another 3.0 for the return of the product. All changes and refunds are made at current product prices.
* The product is in condition that can be resold (with the manufacturer's tabs, without damage, dirt, etc.)* The product has not been "personalized" (no name and / or number has been printed, no badges have been placed, etc.)
* The product is not underwear. If the product meets the above criteria, you are free to send it back to us for replacement or refund.
Otherwise we reserve the right not to accept the return.
